Based in the City of Saratoga Springs, NY, ReWire is a New York State Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and a NYSERDA designated Clean Energy Training firm. ReWire is focused on delivering energy and sustainability related advisory, product, and service solutions for public and private sector clients across the region. ReWire serves municipal, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers through a combination of energy and financial modeling programs, software application and platform development, process automation, and new technology deployment.

Meet our Team
Milt is a retired Scientist with over fifty years’ experience at General Electric and Tire Conversion Technology. His vast experience allows him to provide insights in Governance, Strategy, Operations and HR policies to the ReWire team. Milt’s significant business experience helped him to establish several small businesses including a business to license high performance technology from NASA for applications across the aerospace, aircraft and automotive industries.
Milton’s professional network, along with his active involvement in the community, allows him to develop and cultivate relationships for ReWire, which is paramount for the growing organization.
Ken has years of experience in financial strategy and business development from working at some of the world’s most reputable investment banking firms. That experience propelled Ken to develop proprietary financial modeling tools and strategies to help our clients make smart financial decisions about their energy plans.
Ken’s role at ReWire is diverse. While he is primarily responsible for financial strategy, he also handles contract review, negotiations, and designing revenue generating business initiatives. His strong understanding of renewable energy trends, technologies and drivers allow him to design appropriate solutions for our clients. Ken’s development of ReWire’s proprietary renewable energy financial model along with his ability to find creative solutions allows our clients to maximize economic and qualitative goals.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Stephanie developed solid skills in operations, communications and marketing. She has partnered with some of the world’s most prominent Fortune 1000 companies to develop and execute marketing campaigns to reach employees across the country.
At ReWire, Stephanie is responsible for creating and executing on-going marketing and communication strategies to attract new customers as well as providing overall support to the team.

Dan is a student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute working towards a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering and a minor in Graphic Design. He earned an award for Excellence in Technology, Design & Engineering and is a student ambassador for NYDesign helping to increase awareness and excitement around integrated circuits design opportunities.
Dan is a Clean Energy Intern at ReWire. His primary role is to help the team develop a device that can monitor and track energy utilization information from inverters and meters as part of our solar data acquisition initiative.
