Based in the City of Saratoga Springs, NY, ReWire is a New York State Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and a NYSERDA designated Clean Energy Training firm. ReWire is focused on delivering energy and sustainability related advisory, product, and service solutions for public and private sector clients across the region. ReWire serves municipal, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers through a combination of energy and financial modeling programs, software application and platform development, process automation, and new technology deployment.

ReWire Energy uses its analytical and financial modeling capabilities to minimize the complexities associated with the energy decision-making process and deliver the best mix of product and services to fit specific customer needs. The goal is to offset what customers pay utilities and reduce energy consumption and employ renewable energy generation to efficiently meet heating, cooling, and electricity needs.

Meet our Team

Milton Evans - Co-Founder and Executive Chairman

Milt is a retired Scientist with over fifty years’ experience at General Electric and Tire Conversion Technology. His vast experience allows him to provide insights in Governance, Strategy, Operations and HR policies to the ReWire team. Milt’s significant business experience helped him to establish several small businesses including a business to license high performance technology from NASA for applications across the aerospace, aircraft and automotive industries.
Milton’s professional network, along with his active involvement in the community, allows him to develop and cultivate relationships for ReWire, which is paramount for the growing organization.

Ken Evans - Co-Founder, Partner and Director of Finance

Ken has years of experience in financial strategy and business development from working at some of the world’s most reputable investment banking firms. That experience propelled Ken to develop proprietary financial modeling tools and strategies to help our clients make smart financial decisions about their energy plans.
Ken’s role at ReWire is diverse. While he is primarily responsible for financial strategy, he also handles contract review, negotiations, and designing revenue generating business initiatives. His strong understanding of renewable energy trends, technologies and drivers allow him to design appropriate solutions for our clients. Ken’s development of ReWire’s proprietary renewable energy financial model along with his ability to find creative solutions allows our clients to maximize economic and qualitative goals.

Warren Evans - Co-Founder, Partner and Director of Renewable Energy Development

Warren is dedicated to empowering customers to choose clean, independent, and renewable energy sources. With over twenty years of experience at major global firms, Warren has successfully deployed breakthrough global business and technical solutions while meeting organizational budgets upwards of $60M. Warren’s experience, along with his ability to report directly to C-Level executives, has allowed him to design and analyze Renewable Energy solutions for ReWire’s customers that integrate the right engineering and technology while meeting economic and strategic business goals.

Alan Evans - Co-founder, Partner and Director of Digital Technology and Marketing

Al is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) visionary, product manager and entrepreneur that has been involved in many of the region’s startups and success stories. His background and experience encompass energy, healthcare, industrial, advanced manufacturing, education and training, government, and critical infrastructure protection sectors along with managing Web and mobile software development and digital marketing programs. Al manages marketing programs and initiatives for ReWire, and leads ReWire’s Digital division. In addition to working with clients, Al is helping to drive the strategic vision behind the development of the ReWire Energy Management platform.

ASSOCIATES

Stephanie Booth – Marketing & Communications Manager

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Stephanie developed solid skills in operations, communications and marketing. She has partnered with some of the world’s most prominent Fortune 1000 companies to develop and execute marketing campaigns to reach employees across the country.
At ReWire, Stephanie is responsible for creating and executing on-going marketing and communication strategies to attract new customers as well as providing overall support to the team.

Liyuan Feng – Digital Marketing Specialist

Liyuan earned her master’s degree in Marketing Analytics from Syracuse University and has years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist. She has experience in planning, executing, and managing full-funnel digital campaigns that include PPC, E-commerce, email marketing, and social media for various industries such as energy, CPG, healthcare, and education. At ReWire, Liyuan is responsible for managing our social media platforms, deploying email campaigns, ensuring SEO optimization for the website, and generating insightful reports using data visualization.

George Ware – Energy Advisory Associate

George graduated from Union College in May 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in German Studies. He is a British citizen that has lived in France, Houston, TX and now Albany, NY since 2011. George’s time at Union allowed him to sharpen his skills in research, analytical thinking and writing. George is an Energy Advisory Associate at ReWire. His analytical skills provide support to the team to develop clean energy solutions for our clients.

Dan Fiumara – Clean Energy Intern

Dan is a student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute working towards a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering and a minor in Graphic Design. He earned an award for Excellence in Technology, Design & Engineering and is a student ambassador for NYDesign helping to increase awareness and excitement around integrated circuits design opportunities.

Dan is a Clean Energy Intern at ReWire. His primary role is to help the team develop a device that can monitor and track energy utilization information from inverters and meters as part of our solar data acquisition initiative.

Ross was a Partner at PA Consulting Group for almost 18 years and led PA’s Utility Advisory Practice (America’s) for the last few years at the organization.
